I hope to write more sometime soon. Right now were all just hanging. Sara is over and were soon to play apples to apples! Also my best friend neesh is over. So I'll write more later about how our holidays went later!

Merry Christmas to all!!
In the spirit of the sub zero temperatures we would like to think warm thoughts today. With that in mind we would love to have as many that can make it venture here to Wisconsin this summer. We are either thinking of over the 4th of July or perhaps someone else has another date more in mind. We are thinking that by then the ice should be off the river and the low waters of mid August should make it more fun to go tubing here. We have a ton of property for anyone that wants to tent or RV park here or we will post other venues if you are not that adventurous. We have a lot of summer stuff in the area. You can look up Stillwater MN which is about 20minutes from here. Minneapolis is about 50 minutes. The dells are about 4 hours east of here.
Please think about the s'mores around the campfires, canoeing, overeating etc....

Merry Christmas (eve)

Hi guys,
I just wanted to wish everyone a very merry Christmas. Mike and I are headed to his cousin's house for dinner tonight. Everything in our neck of the woods is great. We've got power back, some snow on the ground, and everyone is healthy and happy. We even put a tree up this past weekend (better late than never right?). Season's greetings!

Comment section changes

I just wanted to let you guys know that I changed the settings on the comment tool. Some advertiser posted twice at the end of Celine's post and I'm not having that! : ) Anyway, I changed it so I can kick those people off by requiring comments be from blog members...

I hope that fixes it. I also erased the two annoying comments someone left. I don't want them ruining Celine's cute post! Good job girlie! Love the photo! I hope Vietnam is fun!

Christmas

Hello all!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas ! :) This photo was taken when I went to Inner Mongolia for our class field trip. I would say Mongolia would be China's Nort Pole, no joke! It's freezing there! Anyways, so we went to some forest where we got to see some reindeer. Thought that was pretty interesting. So today, I thought i'd edit or photoshop a few pictures while waiting to head to the airport. (Us Shanghai Mcnamara's are heading to vietnam for christmas!)

Ok, first time I have blogged so I have no idea if this will work but here it goes. As Sara posted this recipe site is for all to use and please add your own recipes you would like to share. Say like Terry's cheesy dip we have all come to love or Colleen's cashew brittle.
I just got it started but have been playing with this idea for a while, so there are only a few recipes on our page for now.

Mike here... Sara, this is a great idea, I think it will end being a lot of fun.
But anyways, I hope everyone is having a nice holiday season so far. We are doing better now that we finally got our power back up, what an ice storm, i will try to post some pictures this weekend. Happy birthday Timmy, good luck on finals. I hope you are keeping up with your tennis game!!!!

Happy ThanksChristmas : )

Due to my lowly status on the C-J seniority list, I'm working Christmas this year. But thankfully, the whole Cunningham crew was able to get together over Thanksgiving for lots of family fun...and food, of course. Thanks to Tim, it was dubbed our ThanksChristmas!

We got lots of use out of the Wii Mom and Dad got Steph and Mike for Christmas. While we all found games in which we shined, none of our performances could compare to Mom's ridiculously IMPRESSIVE hula-hoop skills. I can't remember her exact score but I do know she beat us all out by hundreds of points.

I'm including a photo Dad was able to take with the handy time delay function on the camera. Even Hootch and Bailey got in on the photo fun!

Hope you all had a great turkey holiday too!!

Hey guys! So this is an idea that has been tossed around on occasion and I thought I would set this up to see if people would like to use it. The purpose is to keep us all connected in an easier way than e-mail. I don't know about you, but I'm always afraid I've forgotten to add someone's e-mail address by accident!

With this, you can post what's going on with you and leave comments on what others have posted. It's also very easy to post photos with blogger. This is a tool I use with my Courier-Journal blog so it should be easy for me to trouble shoot for everyone. If I can't figure it out, someone at work can always help me.
